Refund & Returns Policy

At FlexiKnee Pro, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and unworn,
  • remain in its original packaging,
  • include all original tags and accessories,
  • be in resalable condition,
  • include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour period and the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a refund will be issued.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed for fulfillment and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a canceled order has already been shipped, the customer may need to follow the standard return procedure after receiving the package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • a defective product,
  • or the wrong item,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • used personal care or wearable products,
  • customized or personalized products,
  • gift cards,
  • clearance or final sale items,
  • products damaged through misuse or improper handling.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
